Common Issues:

1. After I program the STB, the TV no longer works.

On page 3, under "Step 1:  TV Set Up," please delete line 1.  The instruction, "press and hold ADD until the light turns solid, then enter 954" is only done once.

2. When I press the ON/Off button, my TV and STB go out of sync.

Please follow the instructions in the manual, page 7, for On/Off Options.  The TV and STB need to be close together and have an unobstructed line of sight to Flipper.

3.  Favorites do not work well with Dish.
