1.      What types of devices will Flipper work?
         A:  Flipper works all major TVs and cable or satellite boxes.  It does not work DVD's, VCR's or stereos.

2.      How long will it take to process my order?
         A:  We usually process orders within 1-2 business days, and send an email with tracking information.

3.      What is your return policy?
         A:  We have a full money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping.

4.      How do I return an item?
